Practice
Drills, checks, and an honest debrief
Both drills are graded on the server, so the scores are real: the case math drill is timed, and the transaction effects drill is graded by statement column. After a drill or a readiness check, the Interviewer reads your numbers, names the weak spot in plain words, and sets the exact briefing or drill that fixes it as your next step.
Case math drill
Twelve questions across the five operations cases use: percentages, margins, growth, break even, and market sizing. No calculator. Say each calculation out loud as you go, the way you would in the room. Time is tracked per question from your first click into its box.

Transaction effects drill
This is the banking interview skill from the accounting track: given a transaction, call its effect on all three statements. For each transaction below, call four things: net income, total assets, operating cash flow, and the cash balance. Assume a profitable company, a 25 percent tax rate, and tax effects settled in cash in the same period. Grading is by column, so you can see which statement your walk breaks on. The worked explanation for every transaction appears after grading.

Readiness check
Rate yourself honestly from 1 to 5 in each area the stages cover. The point is not the average. The point is the lowest line, because that is where the Interviewer will send you, and where the next gain is.
